With an associates degree in Applied Science of Interior Design, Cecily has honed her skills through education and hands-on experience, accumulating an impressive 7 years in the field.

Cecily’s specialization lies in cabinet knowledge and design, with additional expertise in countertops and plumbing fixtures. Her passion for creating harmonious and functional spaces is evident in her strong eye for imagining how spaces can work better. Cecily excels in space planning and has the ability to seamlessly blend various design styles, bringing a unique and personalized touch to each project.

One of Cecily’s favorite aspects of her role is crafting design boards, where she brings together different products and finishes to create a cohesive and visually stunning result. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence shine through in every design she conceptualizes.

Beyond the showroom, Cecily finds joy in spending time with her husband and two children. Her love for crafting, exploring thrift shops and shopping at home stores reflects her genuine passion for all things design-related.

Meet Joseph, one of the founders of Kitchens and Baths. Joseph has spent the last 20 years in Kenosha, but his family roots extend all the way back to 1922 when his great grandfather John Romano immigrated to Kenosha at the age of 13 from Platania, Calabria, which is located in the southern part of Italy. Today, Joseph along with his wife Katherine are raising their 4 children in Kenosha and love being a part of this community and continuing their family heritage here.

Joseph began in the construction industry in 2001 and since then has taken each new and different experience to become well versed in both new construction and remodeling. From framing many of the houses during the housing boom to remodeling countless interiors including kitchens and bathrooms in homes both new and old, Joseph has conquered every challenge and obstacle that can exist in construction.

Joseph loves being able to serve our clients by making sure their dream becomes a reality during their project. With the vision to see the outcome even before the first nail goes in, Joseph’s experience and desire to deliver both dreams and promises has enabled our clients to not only receive what they were looking for, but with an experience that is more positive than they could have imagined.

Outside of his passion for design, James is happily married to his wife, Tina, and together, they are raising two beautiful children. When he’s not working, you’ll find him in the kitchen cooking and making memories with his kids. Family is at the core of James’s values, and this sentiment is reflected in every project he undertakes. He understands the importance of creating spaces that enhance the quality of family life.

James’s commitment to community extends beyond his professional life. As an active member of the Kiwanis Breakfast Club in Kenosha, he works tirelessly to improve the lives of children in our community.
